In Texas, new state standards focused on engineering design and problems roll out in the 2024-25 school year. Are you or your staff ready? Elevate the individual or group of teachers' ability to successfully at implement strong engineering themed topics, the exploration of phenomena and investigating STEM careers. All training is hands-on and there are options to obtain equipment used in the PD to be implementing immediately in the classroom.

About the Wheatcraft Project

Jeff is a dedicated educator and STEM advocate whose mission is to empower educators and students through hands-on exploration and discovery. With a career that began in art education and evolved into pioneering science and STEM programs, Jeff has consistently found innovative ways to engage students with real-world challenges. His commitment to cultivating student confidence, curiosity, and problem-solving skills has led to the creation of award-winning educational programs, such as an 8th-grade STEM course that encourages students to design and test practical solutions for complex issues. Jeff's unique approach has earned him multiple teaching accolades, including the prestigious Trinity Prize for Teaching Excellence and recognition as the 2019 Texas Teacher of the Year.

Now, as a Professional Development trainer, Jeff brings his passion and expertise to help teachers provide students with access to high-quality STEM experiences. Driven by a genuine desire to make a positive impact, he believes in the power of education to inspire young minds and equip them for a changing world.
